In 1999, the University of Maryland School of Law conferred a Juris Doctorate on Ms. Sallerson.
Before obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Sallerson graduated from Goucher College with a Bachelor of Arts. While in law school, she also studied to obtain a Masters of Social Work, which the University of Maryland conferred on her in 1999.
Ms. Sallerson focuses her practice on construction defect defense in the State of Nevada. She represents developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex litigation. This area of complex litigation provides Ms. Sallerson with significant opportunity to use her mediation skills to her clients' benefit. Ms. Sallerson is a certified mediator.
Ms. Sallerson is admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
