• Ms. McKay practices in the areas of construction defect, personal injury, employment and insurance coverage matters. Pamela McKay specializes in insurance coverage opinions and litigation and extracontractual ("bad faith") suits. Her insurance coverage practice involves varied types of policies concerning claims arising from construction defect, general liability, errors and omission, and automobile and homeowner insurance matters.
Ms. McKay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from Walla Walla College. In 1993, she received a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating cum laude. Ms. McKay contributed to the Law Review as a literary editor and case note author.
Ms. McKay is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the States of Arizona, California and Nevada, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, the Defense Research Institute, the Clark County Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
